Generally speaking, within 30 miles, but it's minutes that count. Rush hour and holiday traffic are factored in.

Do you have a real beard?Yes, plus a "magical extension" that can add dramatic wonder

Can Santa arrive by surprise? Yes

Can Santa read a story? Yes and maybe sing-a-long to most carols too! 

Can I choose my arrival time? For most visits, yes. Traffic is always a concern so we try to build ample time for the sleigh to arrive.  

Do you visit hospitals? Yes

Can Santa appear on Zoom? Yes

Can Santa bring gifts? Yes
